The Scadbury Award is a non-accredited recognition of the wide and varied work and activities undertaken by our members throughout their time with us.

Launched in June 2025 by the Mayor of Bromley Jonathan Andrews, the Level 1 Award covers 5 categories:
 

• Personal Skills

• Wellbeing & Nature

• Horticulture

• Construction & Maintenance

• Creativity

Personal Skills focusses on teamwork, expectations and respect and has one module.

Each of the other 4 categories has 4 different modules with each module containing 5 tasks.

To achieve the award, members must complete any 10 modules from the 16 available plus the Personal Skills module.

Participation in the award is strictly optional and many day-to-day activities count towards completion even if not actively being sought. Once Level 1 has been awarded, members can progress to the more focussed and complex Level 2.
