Wow, the transformation at Scadbury is brilliant, you can see the hard work that you have put in to making it look amazing , a massive hats off to you. Also seeing how happy the members are at work is fantastic. Staff are brilliant, always great with the members and get them all involved, it truly is a joy to watch. Seeing how happy Robert is to go to work and how he can't wait to tell me about his day is a credit to each and everyone of the staff. Keep up the good work!

John really enjoys his days at The Scadbury Centre and working outside. It's nice to see him bring home things he has made and he is really pleased with himself when he has made something plus all the nice veg that he brings home.

The transformation since you took over is amazing. Mark stopped going to Scadbury which he had gone to for a long time as he no longer enjoyed it but he loves coming again now and is always up early to come see his mates Andrew, Luke and John. When I first visited the centre it was just muddy areas and the polytunnel but what you have achieved has blown me away and Mark is always excited to come home and tell me about his day. He is also better in himself and doesn't have outbursts so give yourselves a massive pat on the back, it's well deserved.

Andrew loves going to Scadbury and is disappointed if I need to take him out for appointments. Although he does not always verbalise, I know he loves the interaction with the staff and other members.He enjoys every aspect of being outdoors and learning about the environment. Andrew is a lot more confident within himself although not alwasy when out and about! He's looking forward to being the 'chicken manager' as he has prior knowledge and is delighted he is being entrusted. The changes at Scadbury are phenomenal and is the best for my son.

I think the total approach to the facility is very different than previously with the old provider, this being demonstrated by changing the smoking hut to the area it is now , a great improvement. The area looks a lot neater and Aksel always comes home exhausted but happy that he has worked hard. Overall I've enjoyed seeing the changes and improvements that have happened. Well done!
