x2 Member Engagement Support Lead roles (part time)
 

Working pattern: 2 days per week (2 from Tue/Wed/Thu), 5 hours per day
(0915-1445 with 30 mins unpaid lunch).
Contract: Fixed term 18 months (with possibility to extend)
Reporting to: Operations Manager
Hourly rate: £7,800.00 per annum pro rata (£27,300 FTE)
Annual Leave: 9 days (22.5 days FTE) plus bank holidays. The charity may, at its discretion, grant additional paid closure days during the Christmas period.

The Scadbury Centre is looking for a practical, calm and encouraging person to support adults with learning disabilities in meaningful horticulture, conservation and social enterprise activities as one of two Member Engagement Support Lead roles we are recruiting for.
 

This is a hands-on role, helping members take part safely and confidently in gardening, making, preparing resources, using tools, developing products and contributing to the day-to-day life of the Centre. It would suit someone patient, reliable and willing to get stuck in.
